At Miller’s Landing, the smart city town center being built in the heart of Castle Rock, CO, we are actively looking at how intelligent parking solutions can minimize the number of built parking spaces while optimizing the parking experience of residents, visitors and employees.
P3 Advisors has engaged Layer 10 Consulting to assist with this effort, in part due to our unique smart city design methodology that leads with enhancing the user experience. By following this design method, we are creating an opt-in, connected engagement infrastructure that will enrich the experience people have at Miller’s Landing without detracting from its aesthetic.
