Enhancing Public Health and Safety with Smart City Technology
At Miller’s Landing, a new mixed-use development in Castle Rock, CO, we are actively looking at the role smart city technology can play to enhance public health, safety and security.
P3 Advisors has engaged Layer 10 Consulting to assist with this effort, in part due to their unique smart city design methodology that leads with enhancing the user experience. By following this design method, we are creating an opt-in, connected engagement infrastructure that will enrich the experience people have at Miller’s Landing without detracting from its aesthetic.
The digital infrastructure at Miller’s Landing will provide tangible benefits to our corporate tenants, their employees, residents and visitors. We’re exploring how smart city technology solutions can help improve mobility, sustainability, community and public health and safety at Miller’s Landing.
