Trailhead, a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering inclusive community living, is embarking on an ambitious project – a four-story, multi-family building in Littleton that welcomes adults with Developmental Disabilities, active seniors, and members of the general population. In this groundbreaking endeavor, Layer 10 is joining forces with notable names like KGA Architecture, Point Consulting, and K2 Residential Solutions, the project’s contractor, to bring this vision to life. Our role in this collaborative effort is crucial – we are leading the charge in designing and implementing state-of-the-art technology solutions that will define the living experience in this diverse community.
The building’s design, underpinned by the principles of “Universal Design,” focuses on promoting independence and ensuring safety for all residents.
